Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback Training is to the brain what strength training is to the body.

Neurofeedback Mind Training involves training brain waves through the use of a computerized electroencephalogram referred to as an EEG. The equipment enables individuals to observe brain wave patterns they are generating. There are certain patterns that are beneficial and others that are not. By gaining a conscious awareness of the patterns, and conditioning preferred patterns, the habituated patterns begin to alter. There is a wide application for this use, ranging from anxiety/pain management, to peak performance and learning difficulties. The first session you will experience the physical and psychological shift as the brain wave patterns are altered. Gradually, over a number of sessions, the new patterns are learned and begin to sustain as new patterns. The ability to achieve peak performance is The success of Neurofeedback Training

All brain functions, genius to pathological, intellectual to emotional, are bioelectrical as well as biochemical.

The brain communicates to itself and organizes its activity through electromagnetic energy waves. These brain wave currents have varying bandwidth frequencies creating a wide range of different psychological states.

When the brain wave frequencies are balanced and sites are integrated , a psychological state of balance is experienced. Our mental and emotional states are largely reflective of frequencies and patterns of dominating electrical brain wave currents.

In the past two decades more research attention has addressed the bioelectrical activity of the brain. Researchers and therapist have been teaching people to alter the electrical activity of the brain with great success and without the side effects of drugs. The method of training the electrical currents of the brain is referred to as neurofeedback training.

Brain Neurons

Electromagnetic Neurons

Neurofeedback is biofeedback for the electromagnetic patterns of the brain. The training is noninvasive and involves placing small electrodes, using conductive paste, on the scaled to pick up subtle currents in the brain.

The electroencephalograph (EEG) equipment does not put anything into the brain. The equipment amplifies subtle electrical hertz ,and these are reflected through computerized sound and visual feedback systems. This feedback serves as a reward stimulus which initiates conditioned responses.

This creates an entrainment environment for the subconscious mind. The entrainment causes subtle habitual patterns to slowly alter and experience new potentials. This enables the brain waves to enter into a new state of plasticity, creating opportunity for new patterns to be formed.
