Somatic Painting
The practice of somatic art develops multiple layers of skills:
such as identifying, observing, witnessing, feeling, and releasing somatic
congestions
and emotions. In addition to cultivating the experience of
personal presence.
The summer class are:
Saturday, June 7, 10 am - 1 pm
Saturday, July 12, 10 am - 1 pm
Saturday, August 9, 10 am - 1 pm
Saturday, September 6, 10 am - 1 pm
Classes will be held in a beautiful garden in south Palo Alto
and are limited to 10 people.
Cost: $50 (all art supplies provided)

No previous art experience required, just a desire to explore your inner world
and the different aspects of yourself.
The reading of Journeying Into Wholeness is highly encouraged before attending any class.
Seasons of Change Class
2008/2009
The new class cycle will begin Saturday, September 13, 10 am - 1:00
The class will meet every other month, the first Saturday:
November 1, Jan 3
March 7, May 2
The cost is $50 per class.
The class is for both beginning and intermediate students.
The material presented provides education for individuals and professional
regarding the personal growth cycles in life.
The class will meet at my office.
