Deborah Dooley, Ph.D.

I trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the early eighties and completed a doctorate in Health and Human Service in the nineties.  Prior to this I worked in education and training programs for schools, religious organizations and vocational training programs.

I specialized in biofeedback and worked for one of the first brainwave biofeedback group training programs.  The educational training provided theoritical and mental skill training. The biofeedback training opened the realm of preverbal and somatic skills. The emotional symptoms, what stimulates the need for self-awarenss and personal growth, I began to perceive as a feedback symptom. These different aspects of the self: mind, emotions and body, each require a certain set of skills to facilitate integrated healing.  I have now integrated these skills into a synthesized program of healing art skills.

I began work as a psychotherapist in the mid eighties. I was fortunate to train with two influential teachers, Faisal Muqaddam (Diamond Work) and Brian Hall (Hall/Tonna Values). Their work profoundly influenced the work I have synthesized.

A model of conscious development and personal transformation creates a new matrix for understanding the evolutionary path of conscious development and the specific skills to support you on your journey.

The book, Journeying into Wholeness is an introduction to my work.
