I have worked as a mentor therapist for the last 25 years.
My work focuses on mentoring and teaching skill sets that facilitate personal change. The success of relationships and personal
living are dependent upon functional skill sets. The skill sets of a younger person are outdated as an Adult, and manifest undesirable states and relationships. Adult skills are required to create stability within and in personal relationships.
Each person will experience many changes requiring new skill sets to be learned.
These skills are not obvious or tangible. Unfortunately, they are seldom
mentored in our culture or institutions. When new skill sets are required, and they
are not learned, stress and negative emotional states result.
My work focuses on supporting individuals understanding their personal development
and integrating new skills sets.
I do not work as a traditional therapist exploring your history. My focus is more on teaching and educating to increase the opportunity to learn new skills, make new choices, and create new outcomes.
My book, Journey into Wholeness, explains the developmental stages of growth
and the required skills to move through developmental stages. If new skills are not acquired development is hindered. The book provides a map to help you understand where you are
in your development and currently what type of skills will support you.
I specialize in neurofeedback as a mindfulness practice that enhances and supports the development of new perspectives and skills. This enables the conscious and unconscious self to form an inner alliance of support.
